breeze, water, light, swallows...

in cyprus (through the roadblocks, curators helene black and antonis danos), narcissus (with jeremy sarchet and ianis zannos) discovered its first manifestation.

this first avatar had an height of twelve feet. the voice of singing swallows recorded in corfu by iannis defines the silence. there are also breeze, water, light, reflections.

the installation site was the evagoras lanitis cultural center in limassol, cyprus. the show and conference program was organized by neme.

the tensegrity was shipped to cyprus in well organized short and loose bits. the structural assembly was realized with the help of christos christou, and yiannis demitriou with remote guidance from jeremy.

the environment was realized by the team of yiannis colakides.

the narcissus installation worked perfectly, and proved to be technically robust.

it reached our main goal as it was light, organic, and quietly poetic. it was well received by the organizers and the public.
